Who We Are

Recruitment Best Practice is a specialised recruitment advisory and training firm that works with companies and organisations of all shapes and sizes in all industry sectors, across the world, to help improve their recruiting speed, quality, and diversity.

We partner with company leaders, COOs, heads of HR, and Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Resourcing, essentially, anyone in a company or organisation who is responsible for recruitment or talent acquisition, to develop and implement the recruitment strategies, processes, tools, and training that align to their unique talent goals, culture, budget, and resource model, to enable them to attract and recruit the right talent consistently.

Recruitment Best Practice offers training in diversity and international corporate recruitment, based on best practice and real-world experience.

Our clients

Whilst we enjoy working with large global companies to improve their in-house recruiting capabilities and recruitment service offering, we typically work with small and mid-sized companies with projects that are focused on empowering hiring managers with better processes, tools, and training, to build better sourcing strategies and employer branding and recruitment messaging strategies, to be able to compete with better resourced, larger companies for top talent.

Marie Njie, the founder, and owner of Recruitment Best Practice began her recruitment career working in front office executive search in the investment banking sector for over 10 years.

She brings an additional 10+ year track record of creating and implementing successful multi-channel end-to-end in-house talent acquisition and resourcing services in diverse and highly reputable private and public organisations, such as M&G Investments, Rio Tinto, The World Gold Council, the NHS, and also as Global Head of Resourcing for the British Council.

She has vast experience in building and managing high-performing teams in highly complex organisations, as well as training and coaching hiring managers at all levels of seniority, on talent acquisition and interviewing best-practice.

Marie Njie Founder of Recruitment Best Practice, a UK recruitment advisory and training service
To me, recruitment is a science as well as an art. In order for your recruitment processes to work efficiently, you need the right balance between the two, applied in the right way, to address the specific needs and operating context of your business.
