Our self-service hiring manager and recruiter toolkits are well-structured and easily navigable mini-websites, hosted on your secure intranet or Sharepoint site, filled with content covering all recruitment process steps, from opening a job requisition to promoting, closing, and offer tips, onboarding…, and all of the editable, fully branded templates you require, such as job advert templates, shortlisting templates, candidate profile templates, interview templates and guides, onboarding checklists, and so on. Hiring Manager Interview Training
Our Hiring Manager Interview training consists of either a 1-day or 2-day workshop, designed to teach hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters how to hire your way.
We consult with you to help you articulate your hiring principles, your diversity point of view, your critical behaviours/competencies, and your process. Then, we collaborate with you and key people within your organisation’s hiring cadre to build your training, so we can teach your hiring teams how to hire the right talent for your organisation, instead of the usual generic, basic behavioural interviewing course with legal do’s and don’ts.
At the end of the training, your hiring managers and recruiters will be versed in core and advanced candidate evaluation and selection, diversity and inclusion, interviewing team alignment, legal considerations and bias mitigation, quality decision-making, candidate experience, and selling the opportunity.
In-house Recruiter Training
Our 2-day in-person or virtual workshop is focused on helping your recruiters and researchers/sourcers find, engage, and recruit top active and passive talent. We teach them how to build sourcing plans for each vacancy and develop target candidate profiles, how to build credibility with Hiring Managers, how to research and identify target companies and candidate communities, how to source beyond LinkedIn and efficiently search the web for hidden resumes/CVs, bios, and profiles, and how to engage top talent through email, InMail, social media, and phone, including template emails and phone scripts for initial contact and tips on how to overcome objections.
Our training is custom-built to align with your hiring managers’ and recruitment team’s challenges, goals, skills gaps, culture, and process. The actual workshop agenda is developed in partnership with your recruiting leaders.
